Rudder spar

Finished 7-03 by drilling out a row of bad rivets and resetting them to attach the 1203-1 rudder rib to the spar and spar caps. Similarly attached remaining rivets. Finally removed forward flange from one rudder rib to make the trimmed rudder rib. This was convenient because I could use a new rib where the bad rivets had been, then cut the area of bad rivets away from the old rib to use it as the trimmed one.
