Form new top "rib" - got it right on the third attempt, drill and debur. Place in jig and strap down and cleco together then rivet - started with the back and worked to the front so it would remain straight, getting the bend right on the front skin that had been assembled with a twist took some juggling and trial and error - we used a hardwood rail and shaped it with a router then pulled the aluminium down to shape with ratchet tie down straps. - finished job turned out to be a nice. NOTE: Forgot to run the lighting wires before closing - was a nightmare to get them in place after.
