Building vertical stabilizer and had a hard time with the supplied fluting pliers. The inside side is longer and with the rib flanges being very thin it hits the web marring it. In addition I slipped off on flange and caused a small crack. Masking tape on the pliers helped with marring but not with the long nose vs. thin flange issue...

I ordered replacement parts and will research options on fluting...
