Riveted the frame of vertical stabilizer. Mounting brackets are primed with self etching primer. Stainless steel rivets used wet-riveting with white Ektoprime for a formidable mess.

Fluted ribs came out great. Noticed that nose skin and front spar are not drilled (as mentioned in the manual). This apparently is a kit change that is not reflected in manual ...

Some issues with the large CCPQ-64s (as everyone seems to have). According to Rans this could be caused by wet riveting but rivets are OK.

I riveted bottom rib too soon and needed to rivet two rows on front spar from front to back vs. back to front. OK according to Rans.
