Riveted Hinges to Horizontal Stabilizer

After issues with the CCPQ-64 rivets on the vertical stabilizer RANS informed me that the wet riveting technique sometimes causes the stem to break off later as the paint acts as lubricant.

To prevent this I used a brush to put the primer into the hole and on the rivet such that it won't get into the stem. All rivets came out perfectly.
