Top Wing Skin Installation
Squared off wing on aluminum blocks and removed any twist. Put top skin on and riveted stringers. Skin was wavy in the front but that disappeared after match drilling and clecoing.
Slightly inconsistent gap between skin and spar lip in the front. Varying between .97mm and .22mm. Double checked and the wing is straight and square so I assume that's OK. Also I had already discussed a .04in deviation in the front spar itself which would more than cover this.
Dimpled and countersunk. Countersinking took multiple passes as I wanted to make sure not do overdo it and enlarge the whole.
