Log: Horizontal Stabilizer - Assembly

I am glad to be back on assembly steps. I got careless with one of the skins while dimpling though and I missed a dmple and drove a hole into the skin. I have yet to decide how to deal with it... I think I may just add a placeholder rivet but since it is so close to another rivet it is likely going to be the first thing to form a crack.
