Rudder clean parts and test cleco

Cleaned up rudder parts - gum residue was left on several parts after removing plastic. Parts were clecoed together - all parts fit. Only issue are that RD-RIB-005 nose needs reshaping slightly, and there is some hole alignment mismatch between skin and RD-CHL-003-XA0. Some tweaking of the latter will solve problem
