Replace re-bent rudder lower gusset channel

I am also getting a replacement

1 x RD-CHL-002-X-A-0 - rudder bottom gusset channel (I have altered bend on this as well as discussed - but I'd rather replace now to avoid follow-on issues with the still-imperfect skin fit)
