Cleco right hand elevator forcing skin alignment on spar and then from tip of rib 1

It was found that if the skin was clecoed with perfect alignment along the main spar, then from the tip of rib 1 also forcing perfect alignment - with the rib 1 reinforcing bracket removed, then quite a good result was achieved. Rib 1 was allowed to give slightly enabling perfect hole alignment throughout - with also good alignment with the reinforcing bracket. Maybe ribs 1 do not have to be replaced after all. I am still waiting on a quotation - will review. The effect is of compressing rib 1 slightly into the bend. The only thing making me consider replacement of more than the control horn bracket is the fact that the skin still pops in an out noticeably.
