Right aileron test assembly

One of the tabs of Rib 003 catches the skin edge preventing the skin from being easily closed. This tab will be modified. Other issue is that Rib 003 has a tail that is a little wide and also the knuckes of the tabs are a little wide. Marks become visible once the skin is closed.
