Wing rear spar channel misplaced hole filling

The 5th hole in from the root in both the left and right rear spar channels mismatches the corresponding hole in the skin. Another post discusses TAFs approval of the idea of using a doubler to overcome any structural issues resulting from having to form another 4mm hole through the spar channel right next to this hole.

This post documents to decision to fill this hole with JB-Weld. The doubler will still be employed, but this will further restore the spar to its intended state.
