Discovery that flap replacement ribs 101 have a bend error

This bend error was very similar to the original parts. Waiting for a further replacement, which might take several months, is no guarantee of a solution to the problem. The hole misalignment in one case was beyond what could be corrected by rivet upsizing (to 4mm was the most I was prepared to do, and even 4.8mm probably would not be enough). The decision was taken to fabricate these parts myself from sheet.
