Fuel tank ribs - upsize fuel line holes

Both the fuel supply and return lines have been upgraded to AN6 fittings (7.5mm internal diameter) appropriate for use with 8mm ID fuel and return lines as required by the Rotax 912 iS engine. These fittings call for 9/16" holes. The holes in the ribs were upsized to this dimension
