mystery oversized hole in ribs 11

Ribs 106 are a little tight. The non-hole tip flanges were hammered down slightly, but the tightness persists. Enquiries to TAF confirm these parts are accurately made. The real cause of the tightness is that the spar flange holes are set a little rearwards of their designed positions. A likely fix will combine slight hammering down of the mounting flange and possible upsizing of the rivet holes which attach the skin.
