Wing skin fit issues

There are a number of wing skin fit issues, due to two main causes:

1) The forward facing main spar flanges have a fold position error, causing a 1-2mm mismatch with the corresponding holes of the fuel tank skins and the bottom root skins.

2) One each of the two top root and tip skins have a hole drift of up to 1mm

Mitigations of this do exist, and these are currently being reviewed and discussed with TAF.
