Main wing spar surgery - Summary

The main wing spars (listed in the inventory as WG-AMS-001-L(R)-A-0 with serial number/date 150316/05 (right) and 150316/06 (left)) have a number of issues which I summarise here

1) Misaligned inner spar layer clearance holes, documented in a recent posting

2) Missing rib 1 pocket holes

3) Probable over-tightening of AN3 bolts

4) Interference between the edges of the bolt-only spar caps layers and the bend profile of the core layers

I have decided to rectify all of these at this stage, as the opportunity will be lost once the ribs are rivetted into place
