2nd- remanufacture of left hand rib 4 rear attachment bracket

I found the the left hand rib 4 rear flange had a 0.5mm position error (making the flange extend past the needed position) which was revealed when I trial fitted the top skin4 and bottom skin 1. I nylon-hammer rolled this flange to correct it. The problem was I remanufactured the rear spar connection bracket (the original was out of spec) to match the original flange. Having corrected the latter, the bracket was now proud.

So I remade this bracket. I also had to adjust the washer-doubler which I also made.
