Match drill RH leading edge holes for added taxi/landing lights

After verifying the the right-hand landing light ribs, etc were in fact exact mirror images of the original left hand parts, with respect to skin-rivet hole positions, the right hand skin was matched drilled. This was achieved by fastening the left and right hand skins back-to-back, achieving the desired mirrored pattern of rivet and screw holes. The holes were piloted with a 1/16" drill bit, then chucked reamed up to #40 and #30 as appropriate, the latter in two steps.
