Jig positioning of RH wing rib 8

The skin jig was used to ensure correct positioning of the the right hand rib 8. The doubler, made earlier, was also incorporated. All the holes were upsized to 4.8mm, eliminating the mismatch without residual elongation (apart from one hole where it was about 0.2mm, in the spar bracket - the 4.8mm rivet tail readily swelled to fill this)
