Fabricate wing taxi-landing light cable guide

I decided not to use conduit to hold internal wing wiring, instead I plan follow the build directions which call for strapping wiring directly in place. However I am adding some refinements. This bracket is directly behind the lights, and will be held in place by some existing rivets which I have removed.
