Re-build of elevator trim tab

1 mm holes were drilled at each end of the trim tab hinge, to allow installation of 0.032" (0.8mm) safety wire. The trim tab was clecoed and rivetted in-situ, to ensure there is no warp inhibiting movement, and also with the help of the laser level to eliminate twist. Gesipa 3.2 x 10 mm rivets were trimmed to the first notch (removing about 4mm) as previously.
