Wing ribs 4 and 9 round flange corners

All the other wing ribs have had their flange corners rounded with the exception of ribs 4 and 9. Since some tabs on ribs 9 had to trimmed to ensure clearance with the stringers, I took the opportunity to square this up. The trimmed edges were sanded and scotch-brited before a primer touch-up
