Strengthen wing skin 3-4 connection - part 5 - match drill and rivet new skin 4 row

The first additional row of rivet holes was that in skin 4, this row is 20mm outboard of the original skin 3-4 holes (centre-centre). Note that this number is changed from the proposal figure of 21mm. These holes were drilled with the skins fully clecoed in place, the final curve fully established.

To ensure accuracy a special drill jig was created, from 1mm 6061-T6.

The send additional row of holes in the jig, for skin 3, are 14mm inboard of the original skin 3-4 holes, as per the proposal
