Rivetting of wing rear spar support channels
Before doing this I had to resolve some 4mm hole mismatches at the tail of rib 8. This was done without need for upsizing, by splitting the mismatch between the two flanges of this rib, and then some cleaning by 4.1mm chuck reamer (by no more than 0.1mm or so).
These channels were rivetted with Duralac green. Some hole misalignments were encountered, and these could be reduced to at most 0.1mm or so by clecoing and some shifting the mismatch around. These mismatches were chuck reamed out. One channel had to be completely re-rivetted (right wing outboard) as I was unhappy with a mismatch with skin 5 which I did not notice at first. This was completed without incident.
