Upsizing wing small inspection port holes

Slight lateral tolerances in the placement of some of the nutplates resulted in slight binding of the 4.1mm holes in the plates. These holes were chuck reamed up to 4.5mm. The holes were then cleaned and sprayed with EkoPrime. The hole centre -edge distance is not quite 2D in some cases, but never below 1.5D
