Rectifying hole walk-off between RH skins 1 and 2
After much investigation, it was concluded that the RH skin 2 had a slight walkoff around the inboard rear corner. About 5-6 rear 4mm spar holes were mismatching up to 0.7mm, as well as the 3.3mm holes rear of the stringer by about 0.7mm. This was rectified by upsizing and recentering to 4.8mm and 4mm rivets respectively. Regarding the 3.3mm holes in particular, given that these comprise a load bearing connection between skin 1 and 2 it was decided that "hiding" the mismatch by elongation and retaing the use of 3.2mm rivets was unacceptable. A similar conclusion was reached regarding the connection to the rear spar channel. All hole centre-to-skin edge 2D guidelines continued to be met with this upsizing
