Elongating wing skin 1 holes to match bottom front spar flange

Many builders document having to do this. I have confirmed with Sling this connection is not structural (owing to the parallel run of rivets which DO exactly match the rear facing spar flange), and does not impact the strength of the fuel tank skin (which lies on top) connection.
