Aileron pushrod issues

Two of the aileron pushrod had manufacture issues.

CT-ROD-005-X-A-1 aileron in-wing short pushrod had a non-viable RH 1/4"-28 thread end-cap, due to a blunt or dirty tap. An AN4 bolt fully inserted would wobble around to a much greater degree than normal.

CT-ROD-003-X-A-1 aileron in-wing long pushrod had a LH 5/16"-24 thread end-cap mounted instead of the correct LH 1/4"-28 thread end-cap.

Both these end-caps were removed without incident, and Sling is send out replacements with appropriate stainless steel rivets.

All eye bolts were inspected for thread quality.

All other threaded end-caps were examined and found to be ok, although the LH end-caps do not fit the eye-bolts especially tightly - some residual wobble is evident. There were no stand-outs however. Use of Locktite as well as the locking nuts would appear to be mandatory. I'll revisit this later.

No stripping was found on any of the other end-cap threads.
