Final adjustment and reattachment of HS hinge 1 brackets

I was never happy with the HS hinge 1 brackets. I ordered replacements but they themselves had tolerance issues. I chose one old and one new brackets and set to work previously with the nylon hammer and anvil to bring them closer to the design value of 40.9mm for the hole-centre to surface distance, or at least closer together. I got them to within 0.3mm, still a bit too much to not have the bolt be forced into an angle. For some months I left this disassembled. Just now I selected the original hinge which was about 40.6mm and worked on it bringing its dimension to 40.77mm. The other hinge was 40.92mm. These dimensions are close enough, not to force the AN4 bolt to be at an angle when slid through. The primer was a bit beaten around so I cleaned off, scrubbed and reprimed.

These hinges were reattached to the HS with 4.8mm x 15mm rivets (all holes previously upsized to 4.8mm for unrelated reasons), owing to the total thickness of the metal layer being a little large for the 4.8mm x 10mm rivets (based on past experience with these, the maximum grip should be 5.5mm not 6.5mm for good mandrel retention)
