Check aileron and flap washout consistency

Clamping the ailerons so they lined up with the wingtip outer skin, and clamping the flaps so they lined up with the step on skin, the match between the outer edge of the flaps and the inner edge of the ailerons was examined. The result is not too bad, with alignment within 4mm or some. Some builders have achieved better results, by being a bit more careful when rivetting the aileron and flap leading edges (I had the Sikaflex fay sealant to deal with)
