Shim rear step support gussets

Due to tolerances of some sort a 1mm gap was present between the bottom flange of the RF-GUS-002 step support gussets and the longeron 501 top surfaces. This gap was a bit large to pull closed with rivetting, so I made shims from 1mm 6061-T6 to achieve a neater looking result.
