Deburr and edge-smooth inside and outside front side and bottom skins, side skins, stringers, toe brake and firewall parts
Some of the thinner side wall skins had been punched with a work 3.3mm tool, which resulted in some dishing. I tapped this dishing flat before beginning the deburring process. I elected knock off the burring with sandpaper, starting at 400 grit, rather than use a countersinking tool. This measure avoided thinning the already thin sheets in the immediate vicinity of the holes.
