CH-ANG-025 bend inconsistency and resolution

The bend angles at the front end of CF-ANG-025 were inconsistent between left and right. I enquired to Sling and determined aided by some mechanical drawing snapshots they supplied that the included angle of the bend should vary uniformly from 82 degrees at the rear to 91 degrees at the front and be about 86 degrees at the midpoint. This angle variation should occur in the vertical flange which attaches to the side skin.

My left angle was largely correct however I used a seaming tool to make the angle trend more uniform. My right angle however was 82 degrees over the full length. Sling explained that this is how the part is initially formed in the bending brake. They are then opened up to 91 degrees at one end, in a trend, by hand. This step must have been skipped for this part. So this manufacturing step is what I did, using a seaming tool with a good result. Sling offered to send replacements (great support as usual) but this proved unnecessary.
