Clean up inner side skin botched paint job

A moment's inattention and less-than-ideal viscosity control caused the topcoating of these panels to be botched. The pain gun spluttered, and I applied the wet-coat too thick. I am using the Stewart's paint system, and since this debacle I have obtained the precisely correct viscosity cup, direct from the manufacturer
