Enlarge HS mount holes for clearance

Hinge bracket 1 on the HS was attached with upsized 4.8mm rivets. The head diameter of these rivets is about 7mm. Consequently the 6.4mm clearance holes in the fuselage RF-BKT-011 and 009 are consequently too small. These holes were enlarged to 5/16" = 7.93mm to provide clearance and some tolerance for misalignment.
