Topcoat floor and interior front side skins, respray of rib 1

I had partly botched the topcoat of rib1 with areas of dust an overspray. This was sanded down, lightly re-primed, and re-topcoated. The Ekocrylic topcoat was mixed to 4:1:0.85 topcoat/catalyst/water by weight, and tested for viscosity. It came out slightly over 26 seconds, so the water fraction was increased to 0.88 which was on target. Spraying done at above 65F with HE10 head and 26psi adjusted at the gun. There is a conflict between the 26 seconds specified on the can and the 21-23 seconds specified in datasheets on the Stewarts website. The result had a nice sheen, but with a residual orange peel probably due to the slightly high viscosity. While not unattractive, this is of little account as almost all of this surface is covered up by upholstery

Rib 1 - resprayed - came up good with only a faint orange-peel effect - I will use this.
