Resolve bend error in top-rail assembly angle CF-ANG-025

The left and right versions of these angle differ somewhat. The RH angle had a fold error such that the side skin would stand out from the firewall narrow cowling strip surface by about 2mm. The LH angle was not so bad. These angle have already been riveted to the top rail channel CF-CHL-031, in particular at the junction with a number of 4.8mm rivets as well. My solution to this bend error came in two parts. First step was to derivet 10 or so of the 4mm rivets at the front of this angle. The angle could then be flexed away from the top rail channel enough to get a steel angle in place. Clamped with another angle I then reformed the bend with a nylon hammer and was able to shift the plane of the bend by 1mm approx. The mismatch above would then be reduced to 1mm.

The second stage of the fix is to then refrain from reriveting this angle as originally done but shift the angle to achieve a good match between the side skin and cowling strip (when re-clecoed in place with the firewall) and then recentre and upsize the consequently mismatched holes to 4.8mm. Three of the holes to be upsized would then also be on the firewall mounting channel CF-CHL-021, the two outermost holes on the right hand bottom flange. Given that this structure is fully doubled by the steel bracket CF-BKT-020 this is not thought problematic, and there is a reasonable hole-edge distance.

I'll review this plan when I get to final assembly of this structure.
