Cover plate hole sequence mismatch
The GN-SKN-002-X-A-0 is clearly not fit for purpose. I have decided to base the rivnut locations in the centre fuselage bottom skin on the pattern established by the larger holes in the centre fuselage bottom skin - and remanufacture the GN-SKN-002 skins. The GN-SKN-001 skins are fit for purpose.

The pattern of holes in the GN-SKN-002-X-A-0 completely mismatches the pattern of holes in the centre fuselage bottom skin.

Also the outer edge of this joining skin has large holes to clear rivet heads on the wing leading edge underside. Rivnuts will be placed in all of these holes, so the holes in GN-SKN-002-X-A-0 should all be 4mm

Holes in reinforcing channels CF-RIB-005 upsized to 15/64" follow the pattern established by the centre fuselage bottom skin

The larger 4.9mm holes upsized to 15/64"

Forward of the landing gear the pattern in the bottom skin is consistent with the GN-SKN-001-X-A-0 matching skins. The rib5 holes were upsized to match

And the GN-SKN-001-X-A-0 outboard hole pattern is consistent with the wing skin
