Install M4 threads in handles and install in side wall

M4 x 25 stainless steel threads cut off, trimmed, and bonded into handles with JB-Weld. This is a more durable mode of connection compared to having the bolts inserted the conventional way - there are not a lot of thread turns in these handles, and they can take limited abuse.
