Custom shim for RH parachute box attachment

Did not much like this 1.2mm step forced on the 0.4mm sheet of the RH parachute box end attachment. 0.6mm is the maximum step I have accepted elsewhere

Fabricated a shim from 1.27mm 6061-T^ eliminating the step completely

The cutout has been made to exactly match the existing cutout
