Rework coolant radiator fibreglass support

The radiator did not sit stably in the mounting provided in the bottom cowling - the latter was rather out of plane. Holding the radiator at one end would result in a 6mm gap at the other. So I decided to used cotton-flocked epoxy resin to build up a plane surface that would also tightly constrain lateral movement of the radiator
