Fuel hose support centre structure

Concept works quite well - the fuel hoses are not only prevented from interfering with the throttle quadrant, but also the radius of curvature is kept at a large value particularly where is curves up from the spar carry-though region. The flattening effect seen with the previous configuration is prevented.
