Etch and wash remaining elevator parts

Used 2:1 deionised water/ekoetch and 320 grit Vlies pad lightly, then washed in tap water. I did run the pad along the mating surfaces of the trim tab and over as much of the interior as possible. I plan to pour the liquid primer along the interior of the trim tab to coat it. It is possible the key may be reduced over some regions of the interior where the vlies pad did not reach and rough up the surface - but experiments show the EkoPrime nonetheless sticks pretty well.
