8/7/20 Sanding Glue and Pulling Staples

Had some time to work, so I grabbed a sander and went to town on the glue squeeze out on the lower side. I brought the wood to a fresh, unsealed surface so glue can soak in. I've seen everyone pipe up with a different concern, usually that sanding will "polish" the wood and fill the pores. This is true if one uses a fine sandpaper, but 80 and 100 grit do nicely and pass the water test.
