Wing Rear Spar
Rivet inboard aileron hinge bracket per plans. The P-squeezer was not much help as clearance were insufficient to use it, therefore some trivet were driven using a gun and bucking bar.
Cleco and rivet next four ribs to spar per plans. P-rivet puller was used.
Machine C-sink the inboard hinge bracket doubler. Note that the diagram does not match the specified part number.
Install spherical bearing in outboard aileron hinge bracket.
Cleco and rivet the hinge bracket assembly using P-squeezer.
Note that on page 22-22 AN470AD4-11 rivets are specified. They are too long and the correct callout should be AN470AD4-9.
Cleco and rivet the outboard rib and hinge bracket assembly to the spar. Again, some rivet were set with a gun, others with a squeezer due to clearance issues.
