Wing Skins

Debur wing skin.

Cleco and rivet nut plates for access panel.

Remove pressure gauge and Schrader valve from left tank.

Install AN caps.

Position a support tank on saw horses.

Fill tank with 22 gallons of 100LL. This will definitively test the tank for leaks. I did monitor the pressure test on both tanks at the same time. The pressure did leak down but the rate was only 0.01 psi per hour. After 80 hours, when I removed the Schrader valve, there was still positive pressure in the tank. Hopefully, it was only fittings that were leaking down.
