D Cell Nose Ribs

Cleco and rivet main spar to tank assembly.

Cleco nose ribs as specified.

Rivet nose ribs as specified using rivet gun and p rivet puller.

It was possible to lift the corner of the skin to buck the rivets for the internal rib. Lots of -12 rivets…Ugh!

Left plastic fittings off until riveting complete.

Installed AOA fittings, bushings, and tie wrap mounts.
