Main wings fuel tank fittings prep

The 'wet wing' fuel tanks are between the inner 4 four ribs between the spar and leading edge.

Added aluminium plates for all fuel connections and senders. All of them are isolated from the carbon with a layer of fibreglass and bonded in place.
