Left wing, bonding top skin
Nice bit of progress on our last day at Whisper, bonding the left wing top skin... lots of sanding and cleaning prep... used about 1kg of epoxy and flox mix

Pre-wetting bonding surfaces

Lots of epoxy flock, much easier with caulking gun

Smoothing out the flock

The moment of truth

Getting even pressure front to back after screwing the leading edge together (screws will be removed and filled with additional leading edge layers of carbon)

Filling some epoxy gaps on the inboard rib

Adding weights over the spar and rear ribs

checking epoxy flock on fuel tank ribs

Rear ribs look good, although once inspection ports are cut, some strengthening layups will be added between skin and ribs/spar

Lots of sanding
